The Intercountry Committee (ICC) of Rotary International is a worldwide organization dedicated to promoting understanding and peace through service. For decades, the ICC has worked to support projects aimed at improving the lives of people in communities around the world, and these include health, education and cultural exchange.

One of ICC's key initiatives is its Health Support Program, which aims to improve access to quality health care in underserved areas. A concrete example of this kind of project is the cleft lip treatment program, which aims to offer free corrective surgery to children with this congenital condition: CREATE SMILES ; TRANSFORM LIVES ! Thanks to this program, many children have been able to lead more normal lives and develop fully.

The ICC is also very active in the field of cultural exchange, particularly through its youth exchange program. This program offers young people the opportunity to spend a year abroad, where they can discover new cultures, learn a foreign language and make new friends. This exchange not only helps develop valuable cross-cultural skills, but it can also help build bridges between communities and promote global peace and understanding.

The ICC also promotes club twinning, which allows Rotary clubs from different parts of the world to work together on common projects. These projects can be very diverse, ranging from improving access to drinking water in a disadvantaged region to setting up innovative education programs. Club twinning is a great opportunity to experience new cultures and work with people from different backgrounds to make a real difference in the world.

Finally, ICC is also committed to supporting education in communities around the world. This can take the form of scholarships for students in difficulty, support programs for literacy or even projects aimed at improving the quality of education.

In Indonesia, Rotary carries out many projects in different fields, such as education, health, environment, the fight against poverty and the promotion of peace. For example, Rotary can organize vaccination campaigns, build schools or health centers, or organize environmental awareness programs.
